- All journeys with ADT must be pre-booked using one of the booking methods described on the Website.
- All journeys to the Railway, Bus or Coach station must be booked for pick up at least 1 hour before departure in order to guarantee the connection, anything under we will not be liable for missed connections
- Lost property left in an ADT vehicle will be returned to the Office.
Please contact the main office to collect your lost property.
- Lost Property not collected within 3 months of the journey becomes the property of ADT who will arrange for disposal of the Item.

I have just returned from Spain and I would like to add my feedback concerning my Taxi journey from home to East Midlands Airport.
In the past I have had a few problems with Taxis picking up late and taking detours on their route to the Airport, so I was pleased that, this my first booking with ADT, not only was prompt, efficient and friendly, it was all handled with true professionalism.
The service I received (although I only travelled one-way) was excellent and the confirmation and updates via text were most gratefully received.
I don't know when I will next require your service, but in the mean time I will certainly be recommending you to anyone who asks for a reliable Taxi.

Just a quick note to say we were very impressed with the service provided
when getting picked up from EMA last night. The text updates were greatly
appreciated and Adrian was friendly. We've always used a local taxi
company who sometimes struggle during peak periods and if you extend to
runs from Rempstone into Nottingham we will use you going forward. I'll
